
Adhesive raw materials in rolls
The roll-on label industry has a large variety of raw materials used to produce roll-on labels.
Below is a breakdown of the most common raw materials in the industry and general details regarding their use:
1. White polyester - a raw material used mainly in the high-tech and electronics industries for product marking and manufacturing processes. Resistant to high temperatures up to 150 degrees, waterproof and, depending on the printing machine, also resistant to solvents.
2. Silver polyester - a raw material used mainly in the high-tech and electronics industry for product marking and manufacturing processes, resistant to high temperatures up to 150 degrees

3.PP - Moisture-resistant labels with suitable adhesive - also used for frozen food products.
4. PVC vinyl - stickers resistant to outdoor conditions, sun and rain - suitable for outdoor signage, floor stickers with the addition of lamination,
5.PP shiny silver - intended for luxury products, mainly for the cosmetics industry
6.Volume paper - matte paper stickers for various prints where waterproofing is not required. Can be attached to refrigerated/frozen food products (with compatible adhesive).
7.Chromo paper - glossy paper stickers for various prints where waterproofing is not required. Can be glued to refrigerated/frozen food products (with compatible adhesive).
Suitable for premium products that require high-quality printing.
8. Fragile vinyl - a water-resistant, non-removable, disintegrating sticker intended primarily for warranty stickers for electronics products.
9.Mini VOID moisture-resistant stickers cannot be removed. When the sticker is peeled off, a VOID mark remains on the product. And the sticker cannot be reused and is intended for luxury products to prevent product opening.

12. Luminous paper - not waterproof, intended mainly for stickers on rolls, inventory counts and marking stickers for packaging. Available colors are green, yellow, orange, red.
13. Opaque paper - not waterproof, intended mainly for pasting over data that you want to hide or change.
14. Easy-to-remove paper - not waterproof, intended primarily for easy removal from a product without leaving adhesive.
15.PP is easy to remove - waterproof, primarily designed for easy removal from a product without leaving any adhesive.
