7. Information Security
The Company implements advanced information security procedures, including encryption, access controls, monitoring, and data backup, in accordance with accepted industry standards. However, it is clarified that we cannot guarantee absolute immunity from unauthorized access or data leakage, and our liability is limited to cases where we have directly been negligent.
8. Use of Services by Minors
The Services are not intended for minors under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without the consent of their parents or legal guardian. If we become aware of the collection of information from a minor contrary to these instructions, we will act to delete it immediately.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive jurisdiction in everything related to this Policy and the use of the Services is vested in the competent courts in the Haifa District.
