5. Retention Periods

At the end of the period - the information will be deleted, anonymized, or stored in a secure and isolated archive.

In accordance with Amendment 13 and the Law, you have the following rights:

1. Right of Access - to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

2. Right to Rectification - to request the update or correction of information that is incorrect or incomplete.

3. Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten") - to request the deletion of information that is no longer needed.

4. Right to Restriction of Processing - to request that we cease a specific use of the information.

5. Right to Object - to object to the processing of information for direct marketing purposes or processing based on a legitimate interest.

6. Right to Data Portability - to receive the information you provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transfer it to another entity.

7. Information Security

The Company implements advanced information security procedures, including encryption, access controls, monitoring, and data backup, in accordance with accepted industry standards. However, it is clarified that we cannot guarantee absolute immunity from unauthorized access or data leakage, and our liability is limited to cases where we have directly been negligent.

8. Use of Services by Minors

The Services are not intended for minors under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without the consent of their parents or legal guardian. If we become aware of the collection of information from a minor contrary to these instructions, we will act to delete it immediately.

9. Use of Cookies and Monitoring Tools

We use Cookies for the following purposes:

• Operating the Services and their proper functioning on the website;

• Statistical analysis;

• Customizing the user experience;

• Information security;

• Targeted marketing (Remarketing).

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive jurisdiction in everything related to this Policy and the use of the Services is vested in the competent courts in the Haifa District.
